NOTICE OF INTENT - THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Seal Beach Det. intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1); Only one responsible source to: Zenetex LLC, 13865 Sunrise Valley Dr Ste 250 Herndon VA 20171-6159 for the Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (AIRETEVRON) Nine (VX-9) F/A-18 Super Hornet High Order Language (HOL) System Configuration Sets (SCS) located at in China Lake, CA. This requirement is for analytical, engineering and technical support for Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of the F/A-18 Legacy System Configuration Set (SCS). The anticipated award date of this action is on or before 16 December 2022. The applicable NAICS code is 541330. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
