The Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source Contract to Varian Medical Systems, Inc, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)-Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for the Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, WA full-service maintenance for the government owned Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator System. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 - - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard is $22M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.
