Full Description

This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The National Guard Bureau, Air National Guard, 174th Attack Wing Contracting, is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award, on a sole-source basis, a fixed price Purchase Order to Ultra Electronics - Advanced Tactical Systems (ATS), under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b) soliciting from a single source. Ultra-ATS will provide Virtual Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) v15 with serial L16 interface and SyncNet8. This also includes the Command and Control Host / Tactical Data Link Gateway (C2H/TDLG), Tactical Workstation (TW), TacViewC2, and software licenses. Market research efforts have indicated that only the manufacturer, Ultra-ATS, can provide the Virtual ADSI and applicable software licenses. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested sources that believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement no later than June 5, 2019 at 4:00 PM ET to the point of contact for this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Ashley Pace, at contact@example.gov no later than June 5, 2019 at 4:00 PM ET.
