The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB), Office of Headquarters Procurement Service, on behalf of the Office of the Executive Director of Operations, intends to issue a sole source contract to Access Intelligence, LLC, 9211 Corporate Blvd � 4th Floor, Rockville, MD, 20850 for an online subscription to Weapons Complex Monitor and Weapons Complex Morning Brief in accordance with FAR 13.106(b). Access Intelligence, LLC provides access to Weapons Complex Monitor and Weapons Complex Morning Briefings. It is the only publication that covers the news of the Defense Nuclear Complex to include DNFSB. This subscription provides intelligence and inside information on firsthand reports from Washington, the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board sites and national laboratories, interviews with top-level officials, predictions for upcoming moves that affect business strategies on a weekly basis; to include business intelligence and waste management cleanup for DOE�s Weapons Complex. The focus is providing daily timely news that provides a centralized location for Decontamination & Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities, Nuclear and/or Hazardous Waste Management within the DNFSB Complex, Cleanup of Nuclear Sites within the U.S., Nuclear Weapons Program & Non-proliferation Policy, Dismantlement of Weapons of Mass Destruction in the U.S. and Russia, and Nuclear Material Security. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or a request for competitive offers, and no solicitation will be issued. Any response to this notice is purely voluntary. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses shall be sent in writing to Adriana Underdue at adrianau@dnfsb.gov via email no later than August 28, 2023, at 9:30 AM ET. The e-mail shall contain the following subject line: Response to Notice of Intent 95314223Q0007. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
