Full Description

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to negotiate solely with CoStar Realty Information, Inc. for a data extract of a nation-wide list of non-residential properties that includes property manager information and rentable square footage under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b) soliciting from a single source. Costar Realty Information, Inc. is the only company that provids a comprehensive list of non-residential properties and related data including type of building, property management firm, and rentable square footage. BLS intends to establish a one-year firm fixed-price purchase order for CoStar Realty Information Inc. for a data extract and one year subscription to their database. Written responses to this Notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona-fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Submissions shall not exceed 5MB. This is not a request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not notify respondents of the results of the information received. All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Kristin Dell at dell.kristin@bls.gov no later than 11:00 am, Friday July 8, 2016.
