Full Description

This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit up to 349,884 BOMA Rentable Square feet (BRSF) of space for federal tenant agencies in the Crystal Gateway North complex in Arlington, VA. In accordance with the provisions of recent Supplemental Lease Agreements (SLA) extending the 11 leases, the Government will evaluate the option of exercising an early termination clause of each lease which provides, at the Government's option, for either: 1) the initiation of a 10-year lease extension in-place at the existing location (Automatic Extension Term) based on terms provided for in the SLA; or 2) the execution of a new 10-year lease for new space in the Crystal Gateway Complex (New Lease Term) based on terms provided for in the SLA. The Government will also evaluate the option of allowing the existing lease to terminate per the terms of the existing lease. Required All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations (if applicable) to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: in the event the Government elects to exercise an early termination option, space will be required between September 15, 2010 and March 16, 2013, if the Government opts for the Automatic Extension Term for a 10-year term; or no later than March 31, 2013, if the Government opts for the New Lease Term of 10 years.
