The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) intends on issuing 13 contracts, on or about 09/15/2023, to domestic manufacturers of Over the Counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(3)(A) and FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(i). See attached for additional details, including minimum requirements and delivery locations. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
