This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Summit Point Facility pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) April  29, 2026. Point of contact is Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for DEA Personnel Recovery Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Course for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Summit Point Facility, 201 Motorsports Park Circle, Summit Point, WV 25446. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
