Notice of Intent

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, through its Office of Training, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Summit Point Facility for the delivery of the Personnel Recovery Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Course, with the North American Industry Classification System code 611430. This action is taken under Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.302, and no competitive solicitation will be issued; the government has determined that only Summit Point Facility is capable of meeting the specific requirements of this training program. All communications and submissions must be directed in writing to Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov and received no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 29, 2026. While the notice is not a request for quotation, any interested party with the ability to provide the service may submit a capability statement prior to the deadline for the government’s consideration, though no obligation to award to any other source is created by this notice. The purchase order will be administered from the Department of Justice’s office in Springfield, Virginia, with the course to be conducted at the designated location in Quantico, Virginia.
