This is a notice of Intent to sole source a procurement for an OMAX 55100 Water Jet Machine as well as on-site training and a warranty, NAICS Code: 333517 Machine Tool Manufacturing.


Pursuant to RFO 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Philips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola DR STE 200, Hanover, Maryland, 21076-1937.


This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
