The Department of National Defence is seeking expressions of interest to lease commercial office space for recruitment offices in two specific regions: the North Shore of Montreal for the Royal Canadian Hussars and 2nd Field Artillery Regiment, and the Vaudreuil-Dorion region for the Canadian Grenadier Guards. The intended occupancy begins August 31, 2026, for an initial term of one year with an option to extend for one additional year. Qualified properties must meet strict spatial requirements, including a total area between 139 and 309 square metres. This must comprise a heated ground-floor commercial space of 120 to 245 square metres with a minimum ceiling clearance of 3 metres, and a rest, meal, or washroom area between 19 and 63 square metres with mandatory washroom access.
