Solicitation 5000230074 is a Request for Quote issued by the Internal Revenue Service for the acquisition, integration, maintenance, and support of Commercial Off-The-Shelf tax software products, specifically Tax Analyzer and Income Tax Planner. The requirement includes the provision of enterprise and perpetual licenses, technical support, and the maintenance of the IMS Tax Engine Middleware environment to support the Large Business and International Division and Appeals. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price award with a base period from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, and four subsequent 12-month option periods. The contractor must also provide comprehensive training through both face-to-face and virtual sessions. Proposals are due by November 6, 2026, and must be submitted in three separate volumes.
