NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) - Solicitation Number: 1000546465 Title of the Requirement : Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) installation and configuration for Saint-Armand. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement of installing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) hardware and peripherals at the CBSA port of entry in St-Armand, located at 10 Route 133, St-Armand, QC, J0J 1T0. The Notice of Proposed Procurement and the Request for Proposal will be posted and available CanadaBuys. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted after the site visit has taken place. SITE VISIT: MANDATORY VISIT: Failure to attend will result in the Offeror’s offer being declared non-responsive. Location:10 Route 133, St-Armant, Québec, J0J 1T0 Date and time: September 29, 2026 The site visit will begin at 9:00 EDT, in the visitor parking lot north of the public washrooms Level of clearance required: No security clearance required. Offerors attending the site visit shall be escorted by a CBSA Personnel at all times. COMMUNICATION WITH CONTRACTING AUTHORITY: Offerors must communicate with the contracting authority no later than September 24th, 2026 at 10:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet the day of the site visit. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit.
