Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The second planned enhancement will allow for the AVOKE Call Browser to analyze calls from different geographic locations. Finally, an audio analysis management framework will be developed to enable rapid installation, configuration, and management of AVOKE Call Browser systems. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Network System Warfare Branch intends to award to Raytheon BBN, Technologies. CAGE: 3U6L5. Raytheon BBN, Technologies is the original software developer and is the only known source that meets the government's requirement as they have proprietary rights to design and modify the AVOKE Call Browser.
