NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: U-70 forklift and ancillary items Solicitation Number: 23-58222 Publication Date: February 7, 2024 Closing Date and Time: February 22, 2024, 2:00pm EST Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) (formerly Agreement on Internal Trade [AIT] Canada-Korea free trade agreement (CKFTA) Region of Opportunity: World Region of Delivery: Canada (NCR) GSIN: N3900 – Materials Handling Equipment Notice Type: Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Tendering Procedure: Selective Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires one forklift and ancillary items, including training from holders of Supply Agreement # E60HS-21FRKL/A. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2024. This tender is open to the four (4) pre-qualified suppliers only. The lowest valid bid will be awarded this contract. Basis of selection: Lowest Price Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
