CanmetENERGY Devon (CE-D) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) combined
sputter coater and carbon evaporator. This instrument will be used for depositing thin conductive
metal films and carbon films on specimen surfaces suitable for scanning electron microscopic analysis
for the Marine Conservation Targets project.
