The Directorate of Human Resources Information Management (DHRIM) Digital Services Group (DSG) is seeking four (4) as-and-when-requested resources, A.7 Programmer Analyst to support Salesforce Platform to enable the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) operations across the full spectrum of activities. The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires a digitally enabled, customer-centric recruiting system that supports an efficient automated onboarding process to engage and attract the best and brightest, communicate the unique opportunities and benefits of military service, and efficiently and effectively select and enroll new recruits. The scope of the Online Applicant Portal (OAP) Modernization Initiative to improve service delivery and provide a candidate-centric, modern and agile recruitment approach while introducing digital candidate transparency. The contract period will be from the date of the contract award until two (2) years later.
