The Service Delivery and Support division (SIS) provides IM/IT support to approximately 4500 clients within the National Capital Region. The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development has many sites around the NCR, and many clients teleworking remotely from Ottawa, and around the globe. SIS assists clients with remote access to the network, software coaching/installation/troubleshooting, video conference boardroom coaching, computer hardware assistance (new, cyclically replaced, troubleshooting, warranty work), smartphone assistance (new, some apps, hardware issues) and MS365. Due to an increase in IM/IT requirements and support, the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development SIS division urgently requires the services of up to ten Senior Computer Application Support resources to assist with Microsoft Windows upgrades, smartphone upgrades, Movement of staff, IM/IT Resource Center resources within the National Capital Region.
