Natural Resources Canada wishes to acquire one (1) Universal Testing Machine (UTM) and associated
accessories described herein. The system is to be used primarily for the testing of crushing strength of
iron ore pellets and must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined in the Statement of
Requirements and in accordance with the mandatory evaluation criteria
