The bidder must update the existing audiovisual system, including both the main boardroom video wall, and associated audiovisual control system throughout in the Health Portfolio Operations Centre (HPOC) Main Boardroom, located at 100 Colonnade Rd., Ottawa, room 1086-16. This includes the removal and environmentally compliant disposal of the current video display wall and supporting audiovisual equipment, as well as the supply, installation, integration, and testing of new equipment as specified in Appendix 1 – Compliance Matrix. All new components must be integrated with the existing or updated control system to ensure full operational compatibility. The Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary hardware, subsystems, and associated components to deliver a complete, functional audiovisual system, along with initial training for designated staff on the operation and maintenance of the new system and maintenance and support for the duration of the warranty period.
