SMC/RS intends to award under the OASIS Small Business (SB) contract, Pool 5B (the SB size standard for NAICS 541712, Exception C is 1,000 employees), a Firm Fixed Price Task Order for technical services. The Classification Code is: R - Professional, Administrative and Management Support. The final solicitation is anticipated for release on or after 20 August 2015. The final solicitation will be issued via a global email that will be sent to OASIS SB Pool 5B vendors. This notice also provides industry with the attached consolidated comment resolution matrix (CRM) for Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Technical Support (STS-2), for the Remote Sensing (RS) Systems Directorate (SMC/RS) under the GSA OASIS Small Business Contract (Pool 5B). The consolidated CRM includes responses to comments/questions received to the updated draft STS-2 TO-RFP posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on 13 May 2015. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
