The Department of Health (DOH), Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD) issues this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of gathering comments and feedback that could influence and assist in the development of Request (s) for Proposals (RFP) for substance user recovery services: clean and sober homes. The RFP may result in multiple contracts awarded for services statewide. The ADAD has or anticipates available funds to procure services to substance use recovery services – through the provision of clean and sober homes. The services requested by the RFP are to (1) provide a comprehensive evidence-based continuum of care by providing a clean and sober environment that supports client recovery from substance use disorders and (2) provide a range of residential recovery efforts that support individuals who are prescribed some form of medication assisted treatment (MAT). The ADAD is considering the use of the Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Best Practices for Recovery Homes, Levels I, II, III.
