Notice to Bidders: Poplar Countrywood Laurel

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the “RESURFACING OF POPLAR DRIVE FROM COUNTRYWOOD DRIVE TO FOREST WAY, COUNTRYWOOD DRIVE FROM POPLAR DRIVE TO LAUREL LANE, AND LAUREL LANE” will be received by the Bid Committee of the Township of Hanover, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, at a meeting to be held TUESDAY, JUNE 3RD, 2025, AT 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, at the Township of Hanover’s Municipal Campus, Main Public Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10, Whippany, NJ (at the intersection of North Jefferson Road and Route 10 westbound) in said Township. BIDS DELIVERED BY MAIL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DELIVERY (FOR EXAMPLE, FED EX, UPS, etc. WILL BE ACCEPTED.  NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE HOUR STATED ABOVE. Principal Items of Construction: 13,500  S.Y.     Hot Mix Asphalt Milling, 2”1,550   TON    Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64, Surface Course, 2” Thick1,000   LF        Granite Block Curb Bid documents for the project, approved by the Township Committee, have been filed in the office of the Township Engineer at the Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10, in said Township, (Telephone: +1 (555) 000-0000) (Facsimile: +1 (555) 000-0000) and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Monday through Thursday; and (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) on Friday. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the bid documents upon request and payment in the amount of $50.00. The amount paid for the bid documents is non-refundable.  Payment shall be made by CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
