Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking to procure an OEM Brand Name Sole Source item. The items required are Novaflex Galvanized Steel Helix Duct, Part Number 3UL150008. No substitutes will be considered. The quantity is 24. Please see CLIN 0001 Extended Description in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) # N4215826QE063. Fill in the RFQ as applicable. Attachment 1 is the Technical Capability Statement.. Please check the box yes or no, and then fill in the date and sign. The RFQ must be filled in, and the Technical Capability must be completely filled in for any offers to be considered.
This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement (FAR 19.5). All offers must include all costs related to this procurement. This includes shipping and any other applicable fees. All offers must be received on or before July 1, 2026 at 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
