The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for four (4) brand name NovAtel TerraStar-C PRO Subscriptions Part Number: TSCP-GL-GV-1YR. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is an unrestricted solicitation for brand name NovAtel equipment. This is Request for Quotation numbered FA2823-21-Q-A006. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. DESCRIPTION OF FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) REQUIREMENT: BRAND NAME CLIN 0001: TerraStar-C PRO subscription, Government Applications, Global ungeogated, 1 year. Model: TSCP-GL-GV-1YR (Qty: 4 each) See Technical Requirement Document (TRD) dated 08 December 2020, Attachment #1. Quoted firm fixed price should include FOB Destination and annotate the delivery timeframe. In accordance with, FAR 52.212-1(b)(4), offerors are reminded that as a minimum, offers must show a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Requested final delivery date is no later than 30 days ARO, but expedited delivery schedules are accepted and encouraged. Please annotate delivery timeframe on quote. Quoted prices must be in US Dollars. Specific Instructions: a. BASIS FOR AWARD: In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a product meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards set forth in the specifications (Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Approach LPTA). Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). Offerors must submit quotations for all items listed. Partial offers will not be considered for award.
