Solicitation SPE4A7-27-T-3057 is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the procurement of 37 manifold nozzles, identified by NSN 1660-00-106-3343. The acquisition is conducted under the First Destination Transportation program to optimize shipping costs via Government-Arranged Transportation. Delivery is required by June 5, 2027, with a need ship date of May 4, 2027, to the DLA Distribution Depot at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the point of origin, and the manufacturer's inspection system must comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. The contract incorporates stringent quality and technical requirements from the DLA Master List, including specific sampling plans based on MIL-STD-1916 and MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4, where acceptance is generally based on zero non-conformances. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with specific labeling requirements for hazardous or radioactive materials. The solicitation is subject to various FAR and DFARS clauses, including the Buy American Act, the Berry Amendment, and NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity assessment requirements.
