The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery a benchtop gas analyzer for holders of Supply Arrangement # E60PV-19EQUI. The benchtop gas analyzer analyses the anode and cathode output gas steams of 5 water electrolysis stations. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 20, 2024 This tender is open to the nine (9) pre-qualified suppliers only. The lowest valid bid will be awarded this contract. The security requirements at Annex B apply and form part of the Contract. Basis of selection: Lowest evaluated price A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc- cnrc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.
