As part of the National Accommodation Program, ESDC Real Property in Atlantic is expanding the file/mail room within the office at 689 Topsail Rd. St. John’s NL. We are seeking to deliver the best solution to maximize space in order to accommodate storage of files and boxes adhering to safety and accessibility. ESDC is seeking a nechanical assist high density file system (can be a combination of mobile and fixed) solution that is up to an estimated 8,000 linear ft of desired storage.
This requirement will be competed amongst qualified vendors part of Supply Arrangement E60HN-21HDMS. Solicitation documentation will be sent directly to qualified vendors in the specified region shortly after the closure of this Notice of Proposed Procurement.
