The Bureau of Project Delivery and Professional & Technical Services (AWD) of the Real Property and Infrastructure Solutions Branch (ACM) of People and International Platform (DMPP) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services of a Change Management Consultant with experience in the development of change management strategies, plans, and/or framework and tools specific to the design and implementation of ongoing organizational changes.
The Change Management Consultant will provide expertise in and critical support to the newly created division Professional & Technical Services (AWL) for current branch initiatives and overall change management for the various subject matter expert groups within AWL, in addition to the development of a change management strategy for the Strategic Sourcing strategy.
In undertaking the performance of any task and/or development of any deliverable, the Contractor must ensure that knowledge transfer from the Contractor’s Change Management Consultant resource to AWL personnel regarding any work completed is maximized and that a repository of information regarding the work remains with AWL and is known to and accessible by the appropriate personnel. The Change Management Consultant resource assigned by the Contractor must work in an integrated manner and cooperate with other members of the AWL team, whether contracted or Government of Canada (GC) employees.
