The Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) is responsible for the attraction and recruitment of personnel into the CAF. As the first point of contact, it is critical that our personnel can recognize, and respond appropriately to a comprehensive array of communication cues and behaviour when interacting with the general public. CFRG is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) training, in accordance with the training requirements outlined. Training recipients will be CAF members and DND public servants. Training is to educate and empower CFRG personnel with applying concepts of intersectionality in order to mitigate employment barriers in social interactions and communications while recruiting from the following underrepresented groups as identified by the Canadian Armed Forces Employment Equity Plan 2021-2026: women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, members of visible minorities, and members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community.
