The item must be delivered FOB ORIGIN to the designated receiving warehouse in Tracy, California, with no variance permitted in quantity. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements referenced by R and I numbers, and compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking is mandatory, including specific preservation methods, packaging materials, and container configurations.
