The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source Purchase Order to TSI, Incorporated for Nanoparticle Measurement Instruments (i.e. (1) Electrostatic Classifier, Item 3082-Upgrade-L, (1) Differential Mobility Analyzer Upgrade Kit, Item 3085U, (1) Advanced Aerosol Neutralizer, Item 3088, (1) Versatile Water-Based Condensation Particle Counter, Item 3789 and (2) Optical Particle Sizer Spectrometer, Item 3330) to include shipping and handling FOB Destination delivery to Groton, CT 06349. The required delivery date is 12 weeks ADC. This purchase will be procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 23 September 2022. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to contact@example.gov to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Governments needs stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
