Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtaining) the following item: NSN 1560-01-695-5029, PARTS KIT, FUSELAGE. This item is currently manufactured by CHEROKEE NATION AEROSPACE & DEFENSE LLC (CAGE 82ML8) UNDER PART NUMBER B1BXF38TRK1T01-00. The Weapon System Designator Code is 56F

If your company desires to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for this item, submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program as outlined in the attached JACG SAM HB document. The onus is on the contractor to document and demonstrate their product is equal to, or better, than the currently approved item, which DLA Aviation is procuring.
