AI Contract Overview
DLA Weapons Support Richmond is conducting market research to identify qualified entities capable of supporting the new manufacture of the structural support component identified by NSN 1560-016826852 and P/N 901-062-076-106, with an estimated requirement of 39 units. This effort falls under NAICS code 336413 and may result in a small business set-aside or full and open competition, with potential for multiple awards. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to handle full manufacturing cycles including component procurement, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping, along with supply chain management, production forecasting, mitigation of diminishing manufacturing sources, and logistics coordination. The government seeks detailed capability statements outlining organizational capacity, financial and technical resources, project management expertise, and experience delivering similar services under performance-based contracts. Participation is voluntary, with no financial liability assumed by the government for submission costs. Responses must be submitted by June 30, 2026, to Crystal Kump at Crystal.Kump@dla.mil and must include organization details and supporting documentation, with emphasis on any subcontracting or teaming arrangements. Technical orders and qualification requirements are not currently available, and no feedback will be provided on submissions.
