This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to W91YTZ-16-T-0015. This requirement is for the purchase of Cell Stems a requirement for OR located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The proposed contract action is for stem graft on a patient at WAMC for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
