This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is an intention to sole source to bioMerieux. This procurement is for the purchase of nucliSENSE easyMAG. Listed items to be included are below: 1 each: nucliSENSE easyMAG System 1 each: Utility Cart (60 ") 1 each: Training provided by bioMerieux at Purchaser's Laboratory site 1 each: One year warranty from date of installation. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29(effective 19 January 2009) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20090115. FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. WAWF procedures also apply. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
