These items are designated as critical application components and must comply with strict technical and quality requirements outlined in various military and defense standards, including MS20500G and QAP 13873. The contract mandates adherence to detailed sampling procedures for quality assurance based on MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with acceptance criteria specifying zero non-conformances unless otherwise noted. Packaging, marking, and preservation requirements must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and DLA’s procurement packaging standards, ensuring items are adequately protected during transit to the destination, DLA Distribution Warner Robins, Georgia. The delivery schedule requires shipment readiness by September 9, 2026, with a final delivery by November 21, 2026. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination point. The contract prohibits the intentional addition or direct contact of mercury or mercury-containing compounds with hardware, except for specific authorized uses. A Certificate of Conformance is required with the shipment unless quality assurance instructions dictate otherwise. Transportation and freight instructions are governed by specified DLAD procedures, and procurement solicitation parameters reflect a federal agency acquisition under NAICS code 332722 for metal fastener manufacturing, managed by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division.
