Contractors interested in becoming an additional source must submit a Source Approval Request for evaluation. Although this notice is not a direct request for competitive proposals, responses expressing interest and capability to meet the requirement will be reviewed to determine if a competitive solicitation is warranted. The government is not using commercial item acquisition procedures for this requirement but will consider commercial item offers if submitted within 15 days of the notice. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award, with evaluation factors including price and past performance.
