The items are required to be delivered to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania, with a required delivery date of February 25, 2027, and a delivery lead time of 140 days after order. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for invoicing and payment processing. The solicitation emphasizes strict compliance with domestic material restrictions, including the Berry Amendment and the Buy American Act, and prohibits the use of additive manufacturing processes for the supplied parts. Additionally, the contract incorporates various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, safeguarding covered defense information, and the prohibition of covered defense telecommunications equipment.
