NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 002 and NOTICE OF QUESTION AND ANSWER
1. Subsection 7.2(a) of the RFQ has been amended. RFQ (Amendment 001) has been posted and the changes have been underlined for ease of reference;
2. “Questions and Answers 2 – Questions et réponses 2” has been posted; and
3. The solicitation closing date has been amended to March 14, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. EST. NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 001 and NOTICE OF QUESTION AND ANSWER1. “Annex A - L’annexe A (Amendment 001 – La modification 001)” has been posted to include a statement on equivalent products; and2. “Questions and Answers - Questions et réponses” has been posted.NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Shared Services Canada, at 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway, Ottawa, Ontario, requires Nutanix Software Maintenance and Support for SSC, as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations. A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A. Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email or through the Procure to Pay (P2P) portal. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances, for the subject bid solicitation. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
