This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0721Q0002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09, effective October 26, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 326199, All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing and the business size standard is 750. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes to purchase (8) water storage tanks for wildlife guzzlers, specifications are: (see attachment for complete delivery instructions) - Approximately 2,000 - 2,300 gallon storage capacity each - Dimensions approximately equal to 16'L x 8'W x 1'H - Constructed of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) material - Lid with air vent capacity of approximately 400 gpm - Color: Tan (to blend with natural landscape) Price shall include cost of shipping/freight.
