Paragraphs 5.6- 5.8 on page 10 has been renumbered to 5.6, 5.6.1, and 5.6.2., and - Please refer to VIRKON-S-Powder-US-SDS-20200929 added to end of paragraph 5.6. - Please refer to 5.7 of this PWS Has been added to the end of paragraphs 5.6.1 and 5.6.2. A copy of Updated PWS and Equipment Listing are attached. **When submitting your final quote, please send signed copy of Amendment 001. This procurement is for ASF Disinfectant Cleaning for 77 pieces of Government equipment 3-7 APRIL 2023 at Fort Drum, NY 13602 per the attached RFQ and PWS. Contractors must be available 3-7 APRIL 2023 and must apply/ use 1% Virkon-S Solution ( this name brand only) to 77 pieces of Government equipment. Contractor shall provide all material, labor supervision and means to complete the project in accordance with the PWS. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the PWS and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Quotes are due 10 MARCH 2023 8:00 ET via email to contact@example.gov. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562910. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
