91--NY-IROQUOIS NWR BPA FOR BULK DIESEL AND UNLEADED FUELS

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, through its SAT Team 3 office in Falls Church, Virginia, has awarded a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for the delivery of bulk diesel and unleaded gasoline to the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge in Basom, New York, with a period of performance extending from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. This acquisition is structured as a Firm-Fixed Price commercial contract under FAR Part 12, with individual orders issued against the BPA based on operational needs. The pricing model is tied to daily OPIS Rack Prices with a fixed markup per gallon, though specific markup values are not defined in the solicitation. The total contract value is capped at $250,000 over the life of the agreement.
