The Department of Cannabis Control oversees licensing and environmental compliance, with administrative correspondence directed to its Environmental Evaluation Office in Rancho Cordova. No federal acquisition regulations apply as this is a state-level cannabis license, not a federal contract; there are no defined contract values, delivery schedules, invoicing procedures, payment offices, or procurement clauses such as those found in FAR sections. The applicant’s size status is implied through the small cultivation license type, but no formal socioeconomic certifications or unique entity identifiers are provided. Environmental and regulatory compliance with state and county codes are the primary conditions for approval, with no additional special contract requirements regarding security, key personnel, options, or organizational conflict of interest specified.
