The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is soliciting quotations for two specific parts critical to the maintenance of their 154-foot Fast Response Cutters and WPB vessels. The first item is an O-ring component for the main diesel engine, manufactured by Rolls Royce Solutions GmbH, with a required quantity of 500 units. The second item is a fluid filter element used on MTU main diesel engines on the same class of vessels, also from Rolls Royce Solutions GmbH, with a quantity of 1500 units. Both items must be individually packaged according to rigorous military standards, including specific packaging materials, preservation, marking, and barcoding requirements. Failure to meet these packaging criteria will lead to rejection upon delivery. The solicitation follows FAR Subpart 12.6 guidelines for commercial items and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The NAICS code is 333618, with a business size standard of 1500 employees. Only brand name parts are acceptable unless an alternate product meets all performance and functional criteria as determined by the Coast Guard. All interested vendors must be registered with SAM.gov and provide their Tax Identification Number. The deadline for submission of quotations is May 18, 2026, at 10:00 am EST. The contract includes various Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses addressing compliance, certifications, prohibitions on certain entities, and other statutory requirements. Vendors unable to meet strict packaging and labeling standards may subcontract packaging to a third party but must include any additional costs in their quotes.
