This contract specifies the procurement of an O-ring identified by NSN 5331-00-995-4367, with a quantity of 438 units, under solicitation SPE7M4-26-T-300D. The O-ring must conform to exact dimensional requirements: an inside diameter of 1.171 inches with a tolerance of ±0.010 inches and a width of 0.116 inches with a tolerance of ±0.004 inches. All hardware must be manufactured to the current revision of the applicable military or consensus non-government standard, and previously manufactured items compliant with earlier, then-current revisions are also acceptable. The item is subject to DLA packaging requirements and technical quality standards referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with sampling methods governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, Table 1, or a comparable zero-based plan, requiring zero non-conformances unless otherwise stated. Identification marking must comply with MIL-STD-130N, and the product is to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA, within 41 days of award under a fully competitive procurement process.
