Solicitation SPE7L1-26-T-14L6 is a request for quotations issued by the DLA Land and Maritime Land Supply Chain for the procurement of 971 O-rings, identified by NSN 5331014989953. This item is designated as a critical application item and must be manufactured according to TDP Rev A Gen 1 per basic drawing 1NUW7 12528494. The O-rings are Type I (Code Y) with a non-extendable shelf life of 180 months. Delivery is required by August 4, 2026, with an original required delivery date of December 29, 2026, shipped FOB Origin to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The contract mandates strict quality and packaging standards, including compliance with Special Packaging Instruction AK12528594 and MIL-STD-129 for marking. Because the items may deteriorate under ultraviolet rays, they must be sealed in medium duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination, utilizing sampling methods per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, where acceptance requires zero non-conformances. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and adherence to various FAR and DFARS clauses, including the Buy American Act and safeguarding of covered defense information. A price evaluation preference is available for certified HUBZone small business concerns.
