O-RING

The O-RING is a critical component governed by the Performance Review Institute’s Qualified Products List PRI-QPL-AMS7276 and must be manufactured or assembled only by accredited entities listed in the QML or QPL, verified through the EAudITNet portal. It is defined by the non-government standard SAE AS3209C, with revision J of AMS7276 as the referenced specification, and must comply with all applicable technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List. The item is classified as a commercial item and a critical application item, requiring strict adherence to MIL-STD-130N for identification marking, including the contract number, NAWC CAGE, and part number, unless overridden by technical drawings. Sampling follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero tolerance for non-conformances unless otherwise specified, and quality conformance inspections are mandatory per RQ006 and RQ016. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited in the product, its packaging, preservation, or marking, except for specific exempted applications listed under NAVSEA guidelines. All items must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and sealed in a medium-duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bag per MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1, particularly for direct vendor delivery, foreign military sales, and stock shipments. Marking must align with MIL-STD-129, and palletization must meet DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is FOB origin with zero quantity variance, inspection and acceptance occur at destination, and two separate line items mandate delivery of 5,628 and 14,655 units by August 2026 and November 2026 respectively, with specific addresses provided for parcel post and freight shipping to DLA distribution centers in Georgia and Pennsylvania.
