O-RING

The contract is for the procurement of 30 O-rings with NSN/Part Number 5331-01-250-6307 under solicitation SPE7L1-26-T-882F, with a delivery requirement of 20 days ADO. Technical and quality specifications are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation issue date for simplified acquisitions or the RFP issue date for larger acquisitions, unless an amendment supersedes it. Packaging must comply with DLA packaging standards, and all non-accepted supplies must have government identification removed prior to return. The item contains technical data subject to export control under either ITAR or EAR, restricting disclosure to foreign persons regardless of location and requiring compliance with DFARS 252.225-7048. Only DLA contractors with approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification, who have completed mandated training and approved the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire, may access this data. The supplier must be certified at CMMC Level 2 by an accredited C3PAO.
