(NSN's) AND LOCAL STOCK NUMBERS (LSN's) THAT MAY DETERIORATE WHEN EXPOSED TO ULTRAVIOLET (UV) RAYS. THE CONTRACTUAL END ITEM SHALL BE PACKAGED AND SEALED IN A MEDIUM DUTY, WATERPROOF, GREASEPROOF, OPAQUE BAG IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-DTL-117, TYPE II, CLASS C, STYLE 1.
THIS REQUIREMENT APPLIES TO DIRECT VENDOR DELIVERY (DVD), FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) AND STOCK SHIPMENTS.
This item has been approved by the Packaging Supervisor/ Packaging Lead to manually exclude from the First Destination Packaging (FDP) Program.
