A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at: 18848 E. Crested Butte Ave, B830 Buckley Space Force Base, Classroom, on September 1, 2026 @ 10:00AM This is a high security facility. Bidders who already have access to Buckley Space Force Base can meet at the building address above. Those without prior access, must arrive at the Buckley SFB Visitors Center located at 1553 South Vail Street, Aurora, CO 80018 (Mississippi Gate) at 9:00AM to obtain a visitors pass. A REAL ID compliant driver's license (not electronic) or ID is required along with valid vehicle insurance. Any work trucks with company logos will need to be searched. Our suggestion is to bring non logo vehicles. DMVA staff will be at the Visitor Center until 9:45AM, for sponsorship.
